Sharing a presentation I did today for the IPEC Council Meeting. It not only talks about the impact of racism on BIPOC communities, but also offers points of intervention toward solutions. The final message is that we need to work across disciplines to address racism in healthcare and we need to include BIPOC communities that have been historically excluded. It calls for dialogue and truth as the first step in the road to reconciliation. Let me know what you think!
